JLF Laminate & Cellophane ('MDLC') Range
The material is transported via Carrier Belts System through the machine. As it passes the Heater Bars, heat is radiated across the gap between them. The material is then heat-sealed together via spring-loaded Crimp Rollars.

JLF Thermoplastic ('TP') Range
The material is driven between the coated bands and through the heater bars, which are spring loaded to apply heat and pressure, thus effecting a seal. The material then passes through the cooling bars where sufficient heat is extracted to stablise the seal for handling.

The material is then heat-sealed together via spring loaded Crimp Rollars. The pressure bars ensure that the film is evenly ans securely gripped while passing through the machine. |
