JLF Auger Filler
The JLf servo auger filler is a versatile power-filling machine suitable for free flowing
and none free flowing powders and granules like pharmaccutical, chemical, food, pesticides, ground spices ground/ freeze-dried coffee, vending products and many more.
The precisely designed auger displaces the product through a funnel into the bag/container beneath the funnel. The Auger is driven direct from a precision Servomotor giving precise accuracy.

JLF Volumetric Filler
The JLf volumetric filler is a versatile power-filling machine suitable for free flowing
and granules. The Principle of the machine is: The material is gravity-fed into ecapsulated volume chambers, with Infeed and discharge valves operating in a controlled sequence. The Speed of the machine is: 2 - 60 operations per minute, dependent upon the dexterity of the operator and product flow.

JLF 'Incup' filling line
The JLf incup line can be fitted with either 1,2, or 3 horizontal servo fillers depending on requirements, all mounted above an index conveyor. The unit can be
manufactured to handle all types and sizes of vending cups.
The design is a single lane index conveyor with up to a maximum of 3 horizontal auger servo driven filling machine mounted above. Cup dropping is via a JLF designed denester with no cams. Lidding and stacking is included as standard. The machine is small compact and user friendly.

The machine is capable of accurately delivering the requisite volume of coffee, milk powder, sugar, soups, fruit juice powders etc. into vending cups. The JLF. 'In Cup' fillers can be manufactured in any 2 lane multiple with 1, 2, 3 or more filling heads and can be tailored to meet indervidual requirments.

The machine is capable of accurately delivering the requisite volume of
coffee, milk powder, sugar, soups, fruit juice powders etc. into opercule
vending cups, then inserting and heat-sealing a foil membrane.The
JLF.opercule filling lines can be manufactured in any 2 lane multiples with 1,
2, 3 or more filling heads and can be tailored to meet individual requirements.
